As a volunteer organisation we are very grateful for this and I am writing to express our appreciation of your company's donation. LandSAR Search Dog handlers spend many volunteer hours training their dogs as well as time in aquiring other search and rescue skills. Gestures such as Petnsur made makes us realise the time commitment is appreciated and I will make sure your firm's generosity becomes known to the rest of our membership. I wish to offer you some feedback on my experiences with your company.  I have three retired greyhounds that are insured with you and I am thrilled with the service that I get from PetnSur.  Before having insurance, my first greyhound cost me approximately $2,000 in veterinary bills mostly through accidents around the garden.  I had never gotten around to "signing up".  When I eventually did I was ever so pleased.  I have had to put in a claim and I have to say that the communication and ease of the process was amazing.  Well done Teryl and well done PetnSur and thank you for our "peace-of-mind"!!!  Cate, Joseph, Grace & Flynn.

I am not sure if you remember me or not and in some respects that is not important but I just had to drop you a line and thank you for the outstanding service provided by Pet-n-Sur. Our oldest dog Tuffy (six and half years old) was recently diagnosed with a mast cell tumour. When our vet noticed the condition she stressed that the quicker we operated on him the better his chances of survival were. All of our dogs are covered by Pet-n-Sur so we were able to tell her to go ahead immediately. Thankfully he has a better than average chance of pulling through as the tumour was at the lower end of the scale. From a financial point of view we were able to have him operated on without the added stress of having to find the $770. Make no mistake, we would have found the money somehow but that would have caused us considerable pressure. I have no hesitation in recommending Pet-n-Sur. Indeed, our local vets (Cambridge Veterinary services) use me as an example of a client who swears by your company. Graeme (& Tuffy)
